Drescription of the villas

 

Situated as a part of a sympathetic location, with a very pleasant terrace and a specious equipment, our villas inspire to live in the meridional style.

 

Each villa, independent, 4/6 people (60 m²), or 4/people (50 m²), have :

- 2 Rooms, of which one with a bed of 160 and one with two beds of 90.

 - Livingroom with a sofabed and television.
- All comfort : cookstove, dishwasher, washing machine, microwaves, mixer.

- Bathroom with two basins and shower.

- WC separate.
- Garden, private space.

- Garden livingroom : sunny terrace with barbecue.

- privative parking.

 

Utility service

Breakfasts, for those who wish it, is possibly available in the Pool House, in the center of the domain.

The access to the village is easy and accessible to the people with reduced mobility.

A swimming pool placed in the center of the domain Les Bastides d'Helvie.

Our bungalows are not in the direct vicinity of a road, but there is, to reach the domain, a private road of access. For the children is a playing field available play of one hectare.
